General information
The survey is open to adults who reside in the United Kingdom. The survey can be completed easily online. The survey is about and on behalf of Gumtree.
The survey will take about 10 minutes to complete.
There will be a prize draw at the end of the survey – everyone who completed the full survey will be entered into the draw and six winners will be contacted by phone or email to be informed of their win. Competition entrants must be aged 18 or over.
The prizes are as follows:

3 x £50 Amazon Voucher

This survey is being conducted by Dres Consulting on behalf of Gumtree. Dres Consulting assures you that we respect your privacy while on the survey web site and take every effort to protect the valuable information you provide. The roles of Dres Consulting is outlined below.
At no time will the information you provide be used for any purpose other than research and you will in no way be adversely affected by taking part. Dres Consulting will share results of the survey with our client, but your responses will only ever be used in aggregate with the responses of other people who have completed the survey.

This is a marketing research survey using scientific methods and we promise that, in obtaining your co-operation, we will not mislead you about the nature of the research or the use which will be made of the findings.

As with all forms of marketing and opinion research, your co-operation is voluntary at all times. No personal information is sought from or about you, without your prior knowledge and agreement. We may still retain your information in our files however, to resolve disputes, enforce our user agreement, and due to technical and legal requirements and constraints related to the security, integrity and operation of our online surveys.
We do NOT do any invisible processing of data from your computer.
We will only collect and use personal information in accordance with this privacy policy to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve our legitimate business purposes, and we will maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity, accuracy and privacy of the information you have provided. Terms of competition

1. General:
The opening time and date of the competition and the closing date and time for receipt of entries is stated in the survey email invite. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be considered. Dres Consulting reserves the right to end the promotion at any stage.
2. Restrictions:
Prize Draw open to United Kingdom residents only. Only the first entry per email recipient will be considered eligible for the purposes of this promotion. Employees (and members of their immediate family) of Gumtree and Dres Consulting are not eligible to enter.
3. Rules to participate:
No purchase of any goods or services is necessary to be eligible for entry into this promotion. To enter: answer the online market research survey and you will automatically be entered into the Prize Draw. Winners will be notified within 30 days of the closing date (“Notification”). Winners will receive their prize no later than 30 working days from Notification.

5. Results:
Winners will be selected at random by Dres Consulting. (For an explanation of the role of Dres Consulting please see the Privacy Policy above.) Winners will be contacted by email or telephone. If the winner of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts have been made, Dres Consulting will be entitled to select an alternative winner from the entries received. A full list of winners will be available for 4 weeks from Notification. This list can be obtained by writing to Dres Consulting, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. Any entry, which is damaged, corrupted, defaced, late, incomplete or otherwise does not comply with these rules may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of Dres Consulting. Proof of sending an entry will not be deemed to be proof of receipt. Dres Consulting cannot be held responsible for lost entries. The Promoter is Dres Consulting, Dres Consulting, 71-75 Shelton Street, London, WC2H 9JQ. In the event of a dispute, the decision of Dres Consulting shall be final and legally binding. No correspondence will be entered into. Whilst we will endeavour to deliver the chosen prizes to winners, if prizes are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we will seek to provide alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
This promotion is governed by and is in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
